Service engagements
Every project is governed by a written scope, estimate and timeline agreed before work begins. Those documents take precedence over anything stated on this website.
Digital products
Digital products are licensed, not sold. A single licence covers one end product unless otherwise stated. Redistribution or resale of source files is not permitted.
Courses
Course access is granted to the enrolled individual. Materials may not be shared, resold or reproduced without written permission.
Payments and refunds
Payment terms are stated at the time of purchase or in your project agreement. Refund eligibility for digital products and courses is assessed case by case; contact us before raising a dispute.
Intellectual property
Project deliverables transfer to the client on full payment unless the agreement states otherwise. Data Webkit branding and website content remain our property.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
